1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prompter ("the Service"), operated by UnlikeOtherAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prompter is a web-based teleprompter application that allows users to create, edit, store, and present scripts. The web application is provided free of charge. Native mobile applications may be available for a one-time purchase fee.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Access to the Service requires authentication via a third-party single sign-on provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We do not store passwords. You must provide accurate information during sign-in and must not impersonate another person or entity.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated systems (other than approved integrations such as MCP) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

6. AI and Third-Party Integrations

The Service supports integrations with third-party AI tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other APIs. These integrations allow external tools to create, read, update, and delete your content on your behalf. You are responsible for authorising and managing such integrations. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party tools you connect to your account.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your User Content may be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
